Job Overview
With the newly refurbished Swim Centre and the brand new "Leisure and Community Centre" arriving in 2027, there has never been a more exciting time for health and wellbeing in this historic town.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure safety is top of priority.
* Operate a busy centre, manage a diverse team of staff, and run daily swimming pool operations.
* Lead new projects and support the growth of the swim centre.
* Maintain flexibility with working patterns, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and shift work to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Swimming pool management knowledge, experience and qualifications.
* Desirable: NPLQ, PPO, IOSH.
