Role Overview
We are looking for a caring and reliable Team Manager to work within the West Lancs Domiciliary Service in Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council. We invite a cheerful and positive individual who would like to make a difference to the people we support, to come and join our team. The Domiciliary Service requires multiple Community Support Workers to join us in making a substantial difference to the lives of the people we support within our Adult Disability Service.
You will be welcomed into people's homes and make their day to day routine something to look forward to with your upbeat attitude and friendly persona. It is not essential that you have a background in Health and Social Care; you just need to have a good heart and a caring nature. We provide all the required training to ensure you get the most from your role, with qualifications on offer. It is a great opportunity to progress in this service and turn it into a career to be proud of!
This is a 37.00 hour post, and will include weekends, bank holidays and on-call shifts. On-call is from 20.00-08.00 to support the community support team. The shifts are done from home, to respond to emergencies within the service.
