Job Description
My client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their high-performing consumer sales team selling into high net worth individuals. We are looking for a consultative sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for premium experiences, and the drive to grow new and existing business.Covering the South East (Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, West and East Sussex), you'll thrive here if you're proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment. A proven track record working with high net worth individuals selling a premium product / service is essential.As a Sales Account Manager Consumer, you will:
3. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across your territory
4. Network with architects, designers and high-end Personal Trainers
5. Build relationships with key people at places/events attended by 'high net worth individuals' (golf clubs, tennis clubs, charity programs, arts shows, etc.)
6. Manage ongoing close client relationships
7. Identify consumer leads and sales through B2B2C opportunities
8. Create and present CAD visuals to clients (full training provided)
9. Manage your market and pipeline in line with sales productivity standards
10. Stay up to date as a product and solutions expert
11. Deliver a premium customer experience, including attending key installations
12. Work with finance to support proactive credit collection
13. Maintain accurate CRM and quotation data
14. Lead weekly pipeline reviews to drive conversion and forecast accuracy
15. Monitor and report on market, segment, and territory trends.

16. Proven track record in both account management and business development
17. Proven track record selling into ultra high net worth individuals
18. Proven track record selling a luxury product / luxury service
19. Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
20. Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
21. Experience selling into architects and designers
22. A strong passion for sports and fitness / wellness
23. Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities
