Banqueting Head Chef – 5* Luxury Hotel, North London
We are seeking an exceptional Banqueting Head Chef to lead the banqueting and events kitchen at our prestigious 5-star hotel in North London. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and creative chef with proven experience in luxury hotels, banqueting, and large-scale fine dining.
The Role
* Lead and inspire a dedicated banqueting kitchen brigade.
* Deliver outstanding menus for weddings, conferences, gala dinners, and VIP events.
* Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior F&B team to ensure flawless execution.
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Manage cost controls, GP targets, stock ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
About You
* Proven experience as a Banqueting Head Chef (or Senior Sous stepping up) in a luxury hotel or high-end events venue.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume events.
* Creative flair and passion for delivering 5? quality at scale.
* Excellent communication and team development abilities.
* Financial awareness and experience managing budgets and margins.
