The Role
We’re offering a rare and exciting opportunity for skilled Fire Engineers to join our growing teams across the UK & Ireland. You’ll work on some of the most high-profile and technically challenging projects in the built environment—delivering innovative, life-saving solutions and contributing to a safer world.
As a Fire Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in project delivery, technical development, and client success. You’ll also help shape the next generation of fire professionals by mentoring and guiding junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead small-to-medium projects, supported by experienced Project Managers.
* Develop and apply fire engineering strategies, technical reports, and compliance documentation.
* Support detailed design and construction packages, including site visits and building surveys.
* Collaborate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders throughout all project phases.
* Expand your technical expertise and contribute to thought leadership within your region.
* Engage directly with clients to deliver ethical, solution-focused consultancy services.
* Apply digital tools and quality standards to all aspects of your work.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of CFD modelling for smoke movement analysis.
* Experience using modelling tools such as CFAST, Pyrosim, or Pathfinder.
Qualifications
* BEng (Hons) in a fire or building services engineering discipline (Engineering Council accredited).
* Associate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE).
* Experience with fire engineering deliverables for UK or ROI projects.
* Solid understanding of UK/ROI fire safety legislation and design guidance.
