Head of Property Management
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to lead across a wide range of asset management functions. The post holder will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and managing the performance of our property management function, asset management, markets, school contracts, community asset transfer, and strategy function.
About The Candidate
We're looking for someone with significant experience working in the built environment, asset management, estates, and property. The successful candidate will have extensive understanding and knowledge of asset management within the public sector and experience managing complex services at a senior level.
