Role Overview:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in telecommunications architecture, specifically in OSS/BSS environments.
•Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, with demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce solutions.
•In-depth understanding of Lead to Cash processes, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
•Familiarity with Service Delivery methodologies and frameworks, as well as Service Management concepts.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
