What you will do
* Work alongside the Team Manager to provide professional guidance and supervision to your team
* Support the day-to-day operations, ensuring an efficient service to foster carers
* Maintain a smaller caseload, giving you time to focus on quality engagement with foster carers
* Undertake investigations related to fostering standards of care concerns
* Serve as a foster panel advisor
* Share your extensive knowledge and experience through mentoring and supporting new team members
* Drive improvement within the service to ensure excellent levels of practice
* Encourage the development of a holistic approach with foster carers, children in care, and partner agencies
