Supply Teacher Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons to students of various ages, on various topics. Ensuring learning objectives are met.
Manage behaviour effectively and foster a positive learning environment
Provide instruction and support, explain tasks clearly and provide guidance, support and encouragement.
Adapting quickly - Be prepared to teach various subjects and adapt quickly to different classroom environments. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing plans are essential in this role.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
A valid DBS and successful vetting/safeguarding checks.
Right to work in the UK.
Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting learning.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum.
Ability to commute to schools in Essex and surrounding areas.
