Key Responsibilities
•Assess credit card applications (retail and corporate), including identity verification, credit limit checks, and risk reviews.
•Provide support to customers during digital onboarding, mobile app setup, and related services.
•Assist the Credit Card Support team in resolving transaction issues, app queries, and payment-related questions.
•Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
•Investigate and resolve customer disputes, ensuring appropriate credits or refunds are issued.
•Set up and manage direct debits.
•Contribute to the enhancement of credit card products and service offerings.
Skills and Experience
•Strong analytical skills and a willingness to build expertise in credit card support.
•Interest in developing knowledge around financial crime and fraud risk.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
•Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
•Previous experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
