Level 3 Early Years TA – Flexible Supply (Nursery)
EYFS – Nursery · Fulham, Inner London · Flexible (Weekly Block Bookings – Choose Your Schedule)
Salary: £16 – £19 per hour (dependent on experience)
Pay structure: Weekly PAYE only
Start date: ASAP & Ongoing
About the role
As a flexible Level 3 Practitioner, you will support day‑to‑day EYFS practice across nursery rooms, stepping into different age groups and teams as needed within the same nursery setting. You will deliver high‑quality, play‑based learning, support routines, and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
You may be offered:
* Weekly block bookings (chosen at the start of each week)
* Flexible ongoing assignments based on your availability
* Occasional longer placements where needed
Additional responsibilities include observations, learning support and inclusive practice where required, ensuring consistency in high‑quality care and education.
What we are looking for (Level 3 essential)
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Nursery or EYFS experience
* Flexible, reliable, and confident practitioner
* Strong understanding of EYFS
* Ability to adapt quickly to room routines within one setting
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Understanding of SEND and EAL support
* Strong safeguarding awareness
