Position: Fleet Paint Preparation Technician Consultant Location: Onsite in Surrey Position Type: Contract Outside IR35 About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of a luxury high end low volume client based in Surrey They are looking for a Fleet Paint Preparation Technician Consultant to join their team working 5 days onsite Job Description Requirement to support our press fleet team in maintaining the highest standards across our fleet vehicles. Responsibilities will include all preparation work required ahead of paint application, ranging from detailed cleaning and surface correction to full vehicle preparation for rebuild resprays. You will be based on client site, with access to a dedicated preparation area and tools. Carry out all preparation tasks independently, using your training, qualifications, and proven trade experience. Support the quoting and estimating process with accurate preparation related job hour reporting. Maintain and service all preparation tools and equipment. Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Follow safe working practices at all times, including correct use of PPE. Uphold client values through high standards of housekeeping, professionalism, and personal presentation Personal Attributes: Ability to work effectively under pressure confidently on their own and as a team.
