If you've visited one of our restaurants before, you've probably got some idea of what's involved in maintaining a restaurant. But you might not realise the variety and scope of the role.
Responsibilities
* Maintain outside landscaping, painting and varnishing, maintain parking facilities and completion of non-electrical small equipment repairs and maintenance.
* Organise, accept and rotate our food products.
* Work with external contractors to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
* Assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining the equipment and building in prime condition.
* Be a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Availability to work within Weekdays and Weekends, with shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evening.
* Confident in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team.
* Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively.
