Job Title: Lead Clinician Occupational Therapist
Location: Ashley Park School, Surrey KT18 7LR
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience plus a £3,000 Welcome Bonus (paid as £1,500 after one month and £1,500 after completion of final probation; T&Cs apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (term-time or full-time flexibility can be discussed based on personal circumstances)

Role and Responsibilities
The Lead Clinician - Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist will:
* Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Ashley Park School and work with the school's Senior Leadership Team and Regional Clinical Lead
* Split between clinical leadership and maintaining a therapy caseload
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs (autism, neurodivergence, trauma, SEMH)
* Coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team
* Lead service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead
* Ensure provision aligns with EHCP targets and OFG clinical practices (all/group/individual)

Essential Criteria
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current HCPC registration and RCOT membership
* Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needs
* Clear and concise clinical and research reporting
* Experience supervising and supporting a therapy team
* Ability to work independently and adapt within a growing clinical service
* Experience of multi-professional collaboration preferred
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
