As our store person, you will support the maintenance team managing inventory, logistical tasks and the overhaul of equipment. Ensuring stock accuracy, cost control of spare parts, accurate stock levels, and proper documentation to support the maintenance team.
What you’ll be doing…
* Receive, inspect, and record incoming maintenance spare parts.
* Store items in an organized and accessible manner.
* Issue spares promptly to maintenance personnel based on cost centres, work orders and reservations.
* Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP
* Perform regular stock checks, audits, and cycle counts.
* Identify and report obsolete, slow-moving, or excess stock.
* Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for restocking and refurbishment orders.
* Arranging collection and deliveries
* Kitting Spares for work orders in blue tag area
* Support maintenance planners by providing accurate work order status in SAP and stock levels.
* Support the identification and coordination with vendors for repair of serviceable spares.

* Logistics Experience
* Capable at using SAP/SAP PM/Microsoft 365 applications
* Experienced in the application of Health & Safety procedures
* Proactive mind-set and good planning skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team, work within deadlines
* To be assertive and have self-confidence in presenting and supporting conclusions, having communication and interpersonal skills
