Your role:
You will be responsible for managing the full end to end recruitment process, acting as a trusted advisor to both your clients and candidates.
You'll do this by:
* Making outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers
* Sourcing, screening and recruiting specialist cloud tech candidates for your clients
* Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback
* Working to daily targets and KPIs
What we want from you:
* Experience working in a fast paced, customer centric environment - retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales (for example, but not limited to).
* Competitive - whether this is through competitive sports, or working in a target driven role
* Resilience & Determination
* Professional communication style, able to build rapport easily and quickly
