Hours: 2 x 18.5 hours per week

Your Role
As a Scheme Assistant, you will support residents within our Extra Care and Sheltered Schemes to live active, happy, and safe lives. Your responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness, assisting residents to remain independent, and working with the scheme manager to promote activities that enhance residents' well-being.
About You
You should have a genuine interest in working with older and vulnerable people, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain a positive attitude. A calm and professional demeanor is essential, especially in emergency situations. You must handle confidential information with tact and sensitivity, be flexible, and work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve successful outcomes for residents.
