We are hiring: Field Care Supervisor
Join Cera as a passionate Field Care Supervisor and become an ambassador for our family. Your role involves conducting client assessments, creating care plans, and monitoring care quality by shadowing Care Workers. The position is primarily field-based, with some administrative work in the office.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise care staff continuously
* Meet clients and understand their requirements
* Ensure team skills meet safety and quality standards
* Conduct meet & greet for new packages
* Maintain local area knowledge
* Develop and review care plans
* Audit MAR charts and log books
* Perform carer spot checks and field supervisions
* Interview carers and support compliance
* Participate in provider meetings and support business growth
* Hands-on care provision
* Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties
* Engage in team meetings
Candidate Background and Experience:
* Fully flexible availability
* Strong knowledge of the care sector
* Organized and detail-oriented
* NVQ qualification preferred but not mandatory
