About the Role:

We are currently seeking Lunchtime Learning Support Assistants to join our team. You’ll support students during lunch – in the dining hall, on the playground, and in classrooms – helping to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a warm, friendly nature and a calm, patient approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students during lunchtime activities, including feeding, toileting, personal care, and play (up to 4 hours per day)
* Encourage independence and positive behaviour
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and families to support student wellbeing
* Flexible working hours available
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN is beneficial, but not essential
* Comfortable providing personal care support
* A nurturing, patient, and resilient attitude
* Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Availability Monday to Friday during term time
