Job Details
Office Administrator with responsibility for attendance
Salary: £27,254 plus £729 fringe FTE (Estimated actual £23,338 plus £624 fringe per annum)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 22/07/2026
Working Pattern: Mon to Thurs 8.30 to 4.30, Fri 8.30 to 4.00
Location: The Bewbush Academy, Crawley

We are looking for an approachable and forward thinking School Office Administrator with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education. You will also have responsibility for attendance.
Please note this vacancy is a fixed term contract until 22/07/2026. This vacancy will close at midday on 22/09/2025.
As the School Office Administrator you will be an efficient administrator with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi-task. Being the first point of contact for all visitors you'll create a warm and welcoming environment demonstrating a calm and confident manner.
If you are engaging with excellent communication skills and have a passion for education, this could be the role for you. As the School Office Administrator you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together.
The ideal School Office Administrator will be someone who is:
