Responsibilities of the Subject Lead of Music include:
* Leading and developing the Music curriculum across KS3–KS5
* Delivering high-quality lessons across performance, composition, and music theory
* Driving high standards of teaching and learning within the department
* Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment
* Leading ensembles, concerts, and school productions
* Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the Music department
