I am currently assisting a Legal 500 firm who is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team based in Kettering.
Job Role
You will work on a range of property matters, including, but not limited to:
1. Leases
2. Freehold property
3. Development land
4. Agricultural property
5. Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
6. Dealing with commercial lenders
7. Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements and Overage.
You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload, and have direct client contact from the start to the end of transactions.
You will also benefit from the guidance and support of the wider Commercial Property teams covering Northamptonshire.
