Role: SEN Teacher

Start Date: September

About the School

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching within the School's SEN provision
* Collaborate in shaping the School's development strategy and continuous improvement
* Provide guidance and mentorship to teaching assistants and support staff
* Recommend appropriate SEN-specific resources and strategies to the Head of Education
* Lead training sessions to support staff development in SEN practice
* Embody and promote the School's values across the classroom and School community
What You'll Need
* QTS, PGCE or a relevant equivalent qualification
* Up-to-date knowledge of SEN policies, frameworks, and curriculum adaptations
* Proven experience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary School environment
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills for supporting School staff
* Proficiency in planning, assessment, and progress monitoring
* Experience supporting learners with ASD, communication needs, or behavioural challenges
