Carry out complex diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle models in line with manufacturer standards
Conduct essential services such as fluid changes, brake replacements, and tyre rotations
Mentor and support junior technicians to promote team development
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the workshop as a Vehicle Technician
Ensure the work environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues regarding repair work, recommendations, and vehicle statusRequirements:
Extensive experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a dealership setting
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and manufacturer-specific systems
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Flexible attitude with the willingness to work different shifts, including early starts or late finishes
