Now, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to amplify our brand voice and grow our worldwide fanbase. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join the Orange Amps business to support our ambitious growth plans and lead our social media strategy.


Key Purpose of the Job

The Social Media Manager will build and execute Orange Amps’ global social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X & Linkedin). You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, growing our fan base, and creating content that connects with musicians and music lovers around the world. From community management to campaign planning, you’ll be the digital storyteller who keeps Orange at the centre of the conversation.


Main Responsibilities

* Manage the global social media calendar, ensuring content is timely, consistent, and aligned with product launches, events, and campaigns.
* Coordinate with marketing, product, and artist relations teams to align messaging.
* Develop strategies to grow Orange’s global fan base and drive measurable engagement.
* Run campaigns, contests, and activations that spark community participation.
* Monitor and manage daily interactions across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Respond to comments, messages, and fan interactions with the Orange tone of voice.
* Foster strong relationships with artists, fans, and online communities.
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, video, stories, reels, etc.).
* Collaborate with internal teams, artists, and external creatives to develop content that showcases Orange products and brand culture.
* Stay on top of social trends, music culture, and emerging platforms to keep Orange relevant.
* Track and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Draft social media portion of go-to-market plans for new product launches, integrating creative assets, events, other campaigns etc.
* Partner with product, artist relations and broader marketing teams to develop monthly content calendar for all social media platforms
* Manage analytics reporting and online listening to create insights reports ensuring that the brand has a constant pulse on what fans are saying online
* Stay current on what’s trending online as well as what’s changing in social media in order to provide strategic POVs and recommendations
* Work closely with Customer Service to monitor and make strategic recommendations on how to respond on our social channels, providing prompt, accurate customer service to customers and providing direction to other channel coordinators on the team


Skills & Experience

* Proven experience managing social media channels for a global brand, ideally in music, lifestyle, or consumer electronics.
* Strong understanding of platform best practices and analytics.
* Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
* A creative eye for content (photography, video, design) and experience using editing tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Passion for music & culture and a deep understanding of the musician community.
