Key Objectives Provide seamless administrative and personal support to executives. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Facilitate clear and timely communication across internal teams and external partners. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Responsibilities Manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls. Support event planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, and special projects. Maintain confidential files and records with discretion. Anticipate the needs of executives and provide proactive solutions. Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed to support work-life balance. Requirements Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools. Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and schedules.
