We’re a fast-growing, founder-led Gen Z fashion brand are on an exciting scale-up journey. As Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind the brand — translating the founders’ vision into seamless, commercially sound execution across logistics, warehousing, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce fashion brand environment and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and scalability without killing creativity.
You’ll work closely with the founders and senior stakeholders to build operational foundations that support growth in the UK and internationally.
Operational Leadership
* Execute the operational roadmap in line with the founders’ nd CEO vision and growth plans
* Act as the central point of coordination across logistics, warehousing, customer experience, and head office operations
* Introduce processes, systems, and KPIs that enable scale while remaining agile
Logistics, Warehousing & 3PL
* Manage relationships with 3PL partners and warehouses (UK and international)
* Oversee inbound, outbound, and returns operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency
* Continuously review and improve logistics performance, SLAs, and cost structures
Ecommerce & International Growth
* Support ecommerce operations end-to-end, working closely with trading, CX, and tech teams
* Partner on international expansion, including cross-border logistics, shipping, and fulfilment strategies
* Ensure operational readiness for new markets and increased order volumes
Financial & Commercial Ownership
* Own operational P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Analyse costs, margins, and efficiencies, identifying opportunities to optimise profitability
Head Office Coordination
* Act as the operational hub across teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability
* Motivate and ensure all departments are working as efficiently as possible whilst maintaing a strong team culture
* Support founders with operational decision-making, reporting, and execution
* Help build scalable ways of working as the team grows
About You
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Operations Lead/Operations coordinator within an ecommerce fashion or lifestyle brand
* Commercially sharp, with hands-on experience managing P&L, budgets, and costing
* Comfortable working closely with founders in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
* Proactive thinker, 'go getter' attitude
* Highly organised, data-driven, and solutions-focused
* A calm operator who can bring structure without slowing momentum
