We are seeking a proactive Programme Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of exciting projects, ensuring they are executed on time and to the highest standard!
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract: 1 year Fixed Term Contract
Target Salary: £36,050 per annum
Location: Based at Peterborough Head Office - This role requires the candidate to attend the office at least once a month.

About the role:
Supporting successful change, by overseeing the administrative needs of the changes, projects and portfolio to support overall governance, whilst ensuring that all improvement initiatives and portfolio projects follow the agreed delivery framework, policies and practices.
* Project Reporting & Documentation: Ensure high-quality documentation and deliver accurate, timely reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Governance & Assurance: Conduct status reviews and report on key controls including risk, planning, dependencies, benefits, and stakeholder engagement.
* Data-Driven Insights: Use Power BI and project reporting tools to communicate project status and risks to delivery teams and stakeholders.
* Executive Support: Assist in preparing board-level briefings, slide decks, and attend programme reviews and audits as needed.
* Financial Oversight: Monitor project financials, raise invoices/issues, and support budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with Finance and PPCM.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and embedding of best practices across the portfolio and change delivery processes.
* Administrative Support: Perform general PMO tasks to facilitate smooth project and programme operations.
• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience within a project environment
• Proven experience of using Microsoft Office including spreadsheets, databases, document management and communication applications,
• Competent verbal and written communication skills to enable confident communication with a range of stakeholders

• Excellent organisational & prioritisation skills
• Highly/Self-motivated and positive attitude towards work
• Experience of working with Risks, Issues and Governance
