Join Our Team as a Transport Administrator!

Position: Transport Administrator - Day Shift

Location: Portbury

Annual Salary: £30,929 plus an exciting range of benefits!

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Varied Start Times: 7:00am - 10:00am

Your Role:

As a Transport Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with managers, various departments, and the wider team to drive seamless solutions that enhance our delivery service. Here’s what you can expect:

* Support drivers post-delivery by ensuring thorough debriefs and accurate performance metrics.
* Manage filing and paperwork preparation with precision.
* Communicate professionally via phone, handling both incoming and outgoing calls with confidence.
* Utilize your computer skills to enter data and process invoices and credit notes.


What We’re Looking For:

We seek a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change to elevate the overall customer experience. To excel in this role, you should have:

* Strong communication skills and previous customer service experience in a dynamic setting.
* A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (experience with ERP systems like SAP or D365 is a plus).
* Experience in fleet or distribution is beneficial but not essential.
