Brook Street is working in partnership with HMPPS North East Regional Office to find an Administrator to join their busy team.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour.
The assignment is initially for 3 months but is expected to be extended.
The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:
* Email Management: Responding promptly and professionally to procurement-related emails and inquiries.
* Order Processing: Raising purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with company procedures.
* Invoice Management: Handling the receipting and payment of invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
* Reporting: Preparing detailed procurement reports to support decision-making and maintain transparency.
