🆕 Supporting a brand‑new WPS contract in Birmingham
We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused HR Advisor to support the mobilisation of our new Birmingham contract — helping colleagues settle in and ensuring smooth, consistent HR support across the operation. 💬🤝
💼 What you’ll be doing
1. Provide clear, confident advice on ER matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, redundancy).
2. Coach managers to apply HR policy and best practice.
3. Support onboarding and key people processes during mobilisation.
4. Maintain accurate HR systems, trackers and monthly dashboards 📊.
5. Champion EDI and our Opportunity 4 All values 🌈.
🎯 What you’ll bring
6. Strong ER case management experience and solid employment law knowledge.
7. Experience supporting operational teams through change or mobilisation.
8. Great communication skills and the ability to build trust.
9. Calm, solutions‑focused and confidential 🤐.
10. Comfortable using data and HR insights.
11. CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
