The Role In this role, you’ll: Advise on a wide range of company commercial matters, including share and business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, restructures, and general company law issues. Work closely with business owners, directors, and entrepreneurs, delivering clear, strategic legal advice that drives their businesses forward. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high standards of service and communication at all times. Contribute to business development activities and wider firm growth initiatives. Operate autonomously on your matters while collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments. What We’re Looking For 4 years’ PQE in corporate or commercial law. Proven expertise in drafting, negotiation, and complex transactions. A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in the business world. Confidence advising senior stakeholders with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Self-motivated, organised, and proactive, with the ability to manage your workload independently. A team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
