Role Overview


As a Data Analyst at FIDO Tech, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team by analysing data to ensure the accuracy and quality of our services, providing essential insights to improve performance. You will be tasked with generating reports, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the overall improvement of our water network and leakage management systems. Ideally, you will have experience in water network or leakage operations, or a related field.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the field operations team with quality assurance by reviewing installation and investigation accuracy and performing checks to ensure compliance with standards.
2. Develop and generate reports for internal teams and external customers, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and actionable.
3. Collaborate with the field operations team to provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and address any operational challenges.
4. Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies or anomalies in datasets.
5. Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for enhancing the efficiency of water network management.
6. Assist in the creation of dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
