Remote | Agency Side | Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads

We’re hiring a PPC / Paid Advertising Executive to join our growing performance marketing team.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ hands‑on experience who wants to move beyond ‘just setting up ads’ and start thinking strategically about performance across Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads.

You’ll take ownership of paid campaigns for ambitious brands focused on revenue, pipeline and measurable growth - not vanity metrics.

You’ll work closely with senior strategists, gaining exposure to campaign planning, testing frameworks and performance‑led decision‑making, with clear career progression towards a Senior Paid Media role as we scale.

You’ll also benefit from an ultra‑flexible work setup, working remotely alongside colleagues from across the UK, Europe and beyond. We’re open to freelance or permanent applicants.

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Set Up & Management

* Build and manage campaigns across:
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
* LinkedIn Ads
* Support campaign launches, restructures and testing plans
* Implement tracking, conversion events and audience setup
* Monitor daily/weekly performance and make optimisation changes
* Identify performance trends and opportunities


Reporting and Analysis

* Prepare monthly performance reports
* Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
* Support senior team members with performance reviews and strategy updatesWork alongside strategists, account managers and creatives
* Help gather briefs and ensure campaigns launch smoothly
* Contribute ideas for testing and improvement


Experience & Skills

* At least 2 year’s experience managing paid advertising campaigns
* Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Familiar with conversion tracking and analytics set up
* Comfortable working with performance data
* Experience with:
* GA4
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to work independently in a remote team


Desirable (Nice to have)

* 3+ year’s hands‑on experience for Digital Advertising - Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads.
* Exposure to lead generation campaigns
* Basic understanding of ecommerce campaigns
* Agency experience
* Experience with:
* Looker Studio / reporting tools
* CRM integrations / lead tracking
* Marketing Related Degree or Qualifications
* French language skills would be an advantage


What Success Looks Like in This Role

Within the first 3–6 months you will:

* Confidently manage day‑to‑day optimisation across multiple accounts
* Deliver accurate and insightful reporting
* Contribute optimisation ideas and testing hypotheses
* Become a trusted support to senior strategists

This role is designed to grow with the agency. As your experience and confidence increase, you’ll have the opportunity to:

* Take ownership of accounts
* Contribute to strategy
* Progress into a Senior Paid Media Executive / Manager role
