Role - Workshop Controller
Location - Wrexham
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 OTE £38,000 - £43,000
Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a main car dealership based in Wrexham in finding them an experienced Workshop Controller.
Your role as Workshop Controller will be to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 12 Technicians, support the 3 Service Advisors to manage expectations and maximise the efficiency and performance of the workshop. You’ll be making sure all servicing work is carried out accurately, competently and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind. Accurately recording Technician time and writing technical reports and recommendations and working with the Service Advisors to ensure service standards with customers are met.
You’ll work Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and NO WEEKENDS, YESS NO WEEKEND WORK!!!! The dealership is offering a basic of up to £35,000 with and OTE of £43,000 (uncapped).
