Bright Sky Care are looking for motivated Carers and Support Workers to work for our domiciliary care clients. You will assist our service users with a variety of duties, and in doing so you will observe and respect their dignity, privacy and independence, as far as is practical.

Applicant profile
* Minimum Level 2 NVQ and Care Certificate
* Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Domiciliary Care, Community Care or HCA roles is advantageous
* Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle preferred (regions we cover may not have the best transport links)
* No sponsorship available at this time
* GCSE or equivalent (required)
* Home care experience: 2 years (required)
* English – Advanced (required)
* Driving Licence (required)
* Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Responsibilities
* Providing personal and practical care services for people with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities
* Assisting service users with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and toilet use where necessary
* Administering medication
* Assisting with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence and the use of aids and personal equipment
* Providing end‑of‑life care where required
* Promoting mental and physical activity through conversation, outings and recreational activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and recreation
* Promoting customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life fully
* Helping to prepare meals and assisting with social activities
* Reading and writing log‑book records, and taking part in staff and service‑user meetings and training activities as directed; updating and completing paperwork and case logs/diaries.

Remuneration
£12.40 – £15.50 per hour. Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
Working conditions
Shifts include 12‑hour, 8‑hour, weekends, night shift and overtime. Flexibility is available. You will be expected to commute reliably to locations across Bromley, Biggin Hill, Croydon, Sevenoaks, Gravesend Kent and Greater London, or arrange relocation before starting.
