Are you a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer looking for a new role in the Commercial Site Maintenance industry? Do you enjoy a varied role that covers internal building maintenance and repairs?
This regional Facilities Services company is expanding due to a new contract win and is now looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team covering the North West region.
As a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer Engineer, you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail units, offices, and student Accommodation.
Typical works include:
* Plumbing repairs & maintenance
* Carpentry & joinery
* Painting & decorating
* Patch plastering
* Tiling & flooring
* Roofing repairs
* External & groundwork maintenance
You will require a full driving licence as this is a mobile role, and a vehicle will be provided. Ideally, be a qualified tradesperson with a good range of trades skills as mentioned above.
