I'm currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Manager to join an innovative and globally recognized, award-winning organisation.
This role sits within the People Team, so your focus will be HR/People data.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable, positive initiatives across the business.
You'd report to the Head of BI, with 2 direct reports underneath you.
At this level, you would not only analyze data but also guide the strategy!
Who they're looking for?
Someone who can build reports in PowerBI (both front end and back end).
Ability to pull data and create reports from HR systems.
Experience with data visualisation.
Ability to successfully line manage 2 analysts.
* Up to £70k salary (dependent on experience)
* Hybrid working (2 days a week in Manchester OR Leeds)
