Spring Lilly Care Ltd has an amazing opportunity for a passionate, resilient and driven individual to join the team.
We are looking to recruit a person who strives to achieve high levels of performance and leads with clear direction.
The role requires a high performer who can support on call when required to support the team.
Duties:
- Develop and implement care plans for residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents and assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to staff where necessary.
- Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and staff management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate and enhance resident care.
- Manage budgets, resources, and supplies effectively to optimise the operation of the domiciliary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a care setting.
- Strong knowledge of domiciliary care practices, including home care, assisted living.
- Familiarity with dementia care and understanding of the specific needs of residents with dementia
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team, promoting a positive working environment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing domiciliary care services
