Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Morecambe (LA4) who are seeking a committed Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils at a crucial stage of their early learning.
This role is ideal for someone nurturing, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting young children to succeed both academically and personally.
The Role Will Involve:
* Supporting pupils across Year 1 or Year 2 within the classroom
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group support, including phonics and early literacy
* Working closely with the class teacher to support lessons and daily routines
* Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
