We are an award winning, friendly, family run business based in the centre of Bristol.
We offer affordable, engaging first aid training courses to both individuals and businesses alike. Our USP is providing a uniquely practical training experience, where learning these vital skills is both informative and fun.
We are now looking for additional support for our small operations team, to help manage the day to day needs of the business in Bristol and across the South West. We would especially welcome candidates with previous experience of living/studying in Cardiff, Exeter, and Birmingham areas.
This is a varied role as you will be helping with all areas of business logistics. From working with customers and processing orders to managing trainers' schedules and staff requirements
The job role is currently 16 hours per week. Monday 9am to 5pm are essential hours, but there is some flexibility for the remaining hours, which can work around childcare or other commitments.
We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic to be part of a growing company and ideally looking to increase their hours as the job role progresses. There will be overtime opportunities to cover staff holidays etc .
Key responsibilities:
* Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
* Maintaining client and leads logs on purpose built CRM system
* Building relationships with clients and trainers
* Diary management, setting up bookings, liaising with clients and our trainers
* Processing certificates
* Greeting clients on site on training days
* General office administration and on site facilitator on training days
Vital Skills
* Excellent customer service and telephone manner
* Great organisation with an eye for detail
* IT Literate
* A friendly, can do attitude
* This is not a phone sales job but we do require people to be very comfortable on the phone delivering vital information regarding the services we provide.
