Key Responsibilities
Leading and inspiring the team to perform at their best and maintain a positive work environment
Planning personnel deployments and optimizing work processes for improved efficiency
Helping the team when needed to support their success and address challenges
Managing the ordering and inventory of consumables to ensure effective supply level
Organizing and managing laundry supplies to meet operational requirements
Ensuring the environment remains clean and welcoming
