WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing your team of Care Assistants in the Steyning and Henfield areas and be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise, using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator you will connect the office with the customer. You will also use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide excellent levels of care.
The role is full time field-based position, requiring you to work 40 hours a week and work every other weekend, there are also additional on-call duties. Due to the on-call responsibilities and location of the role, you must live no more than a 30 minute drive away from Steyning and Henfield to be eligible for the position .
You will be responsible for managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care plans. You will be ideally suited if you are self-motivated, well-organised, reliable and an effective communicator.
