Interim Director of Group Consolidation – Nottingham – Hybrid - £700-800pd (inside IR35)
Our client is looking for an Interim Director of Group Consolidation to join their team based in Nottingham. This role sits within Group Finance and involves leading the full consolidation process, overseeing a small team, and managing the interface with external audit.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Group’s monthly, half-year, and year-end consolidation processes.
* Oversee and develop a skilled team responsible for consolidation and reporting activities
* Act as the key interface with external auditors, ensuring smooth coordination and robust audit readiness
* Maintain and enhance group reporting frameworks, policies, and internal controls
* Provide expert technical guidance on IFRS and UK GAAP matters
* Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting quality
* Support senior stakeholders within Group Finance with analysis, insight, and technical input
