As Assistant Sales Manager at Lawton Brook, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth, efficient, and commercially sharp operation of a luxury automotive sales environment. You will support the General Manager with daily departmental leadership, ensure exceptional customer experience, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and professionalism.
The role blends operational management with hands‑on sales activity, including stepping into the sales process during peak periods, staff absence, or high‑value customer interactions. A key responsibility is the ability to identify, appraise, and purchase premium vehicles that meet Lawton Brook’s standards.

What’s on offer
A healthy basic of up to £30,000 per annum, with additional commission and bonus structure linked to performance KPI's.
Our hours of work are predominantly Monday to Friday.
