Flanagan Flooring Distributors is seeking a creative, commercially minded Visual Merchandising & Graphic Designer to help elevate how our products are presented across retail, trade, and ecommerce channels.

Purpose of the Role
To design high‑impact visual merchandising, point‑of‑sale displays and marketing assets that help our retail partners sell more flooring — while strengthening the Flanagan Flooring brand across the UK & Ireland.
This role combines hands‑on graphic design with strong retail merchandising intuition.
Key Responsibilities
* Design POS displays for flooring retailers and trade counters
* Create showroom graphics, sample boards, signage and layout concepts
* Partner with the commercial team to optimise product visibility
* Ensure all designs are practical for production and installation
Product Launch & Marketing Assets
* Develop launch kits: brochures, spec sheets, displays and dealer materials
* Create clear, professional, product benefit centred visuals
* Maintain visual consistency across all product ranges
Ecommerce & Digital Design
* When required, produce digital banners, landing page graphics and email visualsEnhance online product presentation with the ecommerce team
* Support promotional and digital campaign content
Brand Consistency
* Create and uphold a consistent brand identity across trade and digital channels
* Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Flanagan Flooring brand
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams
* Translate commercial ideas into strong visual concepts
* Support internal teams with priority design requirements
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong graphic design background with a polished portfolio
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
* Knowledge of print production & large‑format graphics
* Ability to design for both digital and print
* Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Commercial awareness — understanding how design influences sales
* Retail, interiors, home improvement, or building materials sector experience
* Designing displays, exhibitions or showroom environments
* Basic ecommerce visual design knowledge
