Job Summary This is a great opportunity to join an effective HR Team in maintaining HR systems and coordinating administration and reporting processes. Our people plan focuses on creating and developing these areas to continually improve HR service delivery. You will ensure we maintain Training Compliance and will work with our Training providers and Stakeholders to ensure all our colleagues’ certificates are kept up to date and new starters are booked on to relevant courses. As well as accurate and on time payroll delivery and timely & engaging on-boarding. There is lots of variety in this role and would suit someone who is looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities HR systems administration, maintaining the integrity of data and managing/troubleshooting system errors and problems. Systems super-user, supporting and training other users as required. Coordinating the monthly payroll, including the collation of information required to feed into the payroll and pensions system, dealing with any queries and adjustments. Advising on pay and other remuneration queries. Managing the starter/ leaver process and associated documentation including pre-employee checks, employment contracts, payroll deductions and agreements. Managing the pre-onboarding process, acting as the point of contact for upcoming new starters. Coordinating the provision of tools/equipment as part of the on-boarding process, liaising with other Departments as required. Administering the Company’s benefits portfolio. Maintaining all personnel records using the applicable HRIS. Reviewing HR systems/files on a regular basis in line with GDPR requirements, ensuring employee data is accurately cleansed across electronic and hard copy systems. Compiling monthly and ad hoc reports and assisting with KPI management and monitoring as required. When required, support the recruitment process, including preparing and posting job adverts and organising/supporting interviews. Providing support for casework, including note-taking and preparation of documents as required. Commensurate with skills and experience, supporting in all aspects of general HR as/when it’s required. Be flexible in the approach to work, undertaking any other duties as required by the needs of the business. Be the first point of contact for all training enquiries. Deal with all pre and post learning administration. Maintain all training records for colleagues, including ensuring compliance training is update to date and refreshed on time. Supporting Talent & Development with arranging induction & training workshops, reporting, administrative tasks. Skills & Experience Experience of preparing monthly payroll data Experience Co-ordinating compliance training and providers Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR information systems. Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience of working on HR projects and of working successfully to tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders internally and externally. Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage conflicting priorities. Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
