About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Design Consultant to inspire, design, and sell our premium home improvement products. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for home design and sales, combining creativity and technical knowledge to help homeowners visualise and create their dream spaces.
* Meet with homeowners and guide them through design, product selection, and pricing
* Offer expert advice, tailored solutions, and a consultative, non-pushy approach
* Create custom designs that blend aesthetics with practicality
* Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and industry expertise
* Work closely with our installation and design teams to bring projects to life
What We're Looking For:
* Passionate about sales & design – you love helping customers create beautiful homes
* Excellent communicator – confident, engaging, and a great listener
* Experience in home improvements or design-led sales (preferred but not essential)
* Self-motivated and target-driven – able to manage your own diary and pipeline
* Creative problem solver – able to suggest solutions tailored to the customer's needs

Pay: £25,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

* Home Improvements: 5 years (preferred)
