Job Title: SEMH Experienced Teacher

Salary: £150–£230 per day (depending on experience)

Overview

Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEMH needs
* Using positive behaviour strategies to create calm, structured learning spaces
* Working closely with therapists, TAs, and pastoral staff to ensure joined-up support
* Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of achievement beyond academics
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* A flexible, creative approach to teaching that puts relationships first
* Empathy, resilience, and the ability to celebrate progress in all its forms
