Responsibilities
* Manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives; including coaching, 1:1 meetings, mentoring, and encouraging.
* Track attendance for representatives including approving and recording paid time off, recording unexcused absences and tardiness, and adjusting break/lunch schedule change requests.
* Assist with the handling of BBB, DOI, and social media complaints and communicate the results to the requesting party.
* Manage complex issues that the team cannot resolve, which may include interacting with policy holders.
* Work in tandem with the Performance Coach to monitor reps’ performance using productivity metrics.
* Work in tandem with trainers to ensure the team stays up to date on all processes and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Must be willing to obtain property and casualty insurance license
* Bachelor\'s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
* Minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred.
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills
* Effective communication, decision making, time management, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $51,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
